At a Crossroads

Something's got to give. Let's make sure it isn't you.

When life is out of balance, or redundancy, retirement or burnout is forcing a rethink, coaching gives you a clear head, a confidential sounding board and a plan you actually want to follow.

Jill McCulloch listening attentively

Sound familiar?

  • You feel out of balance, and can't name exactly why
  • You've lost your spark, and can't say quite when
  • Redundancy, retirement or a big transition is on the table
  • You keep wondering: is this really how I want to live?

As a life coach in Cambridge, Jill offers a powerful, confidential relationship that focuses on your future rather than your past. She won't tell you what to do. She listens hard, asks the questions nobody else will, and helps you reconnect with what actually matters to you. Then, together, you build a plan and take meaningful action towards it.

Sessions run in person around Cambridge or by video wherever you are. Clients call it transformative. They also call it surprisingly good fun.

How it works

Get in touch

Call, email or book a time. Tell Jill where you're stuck and what you want instead, and ask her anything about how coaching works. Then you decide if we fit.

We design the work together

Your goals, your pace, your agenda. Sessions by video or in person around Cambridge, usually fortnightly.

You take authentic action

Between sessions you act, experiment and report back. Jill keeps you honest, accountable and laughing when it helps.

What clients say

It's impossible not to feel like she's wrapped you up in a big snuggly blanket.

Jill helped me step back from the day-to-day and see what I actually wanted, then held me to it.

Wrote the book he never quite believed he would write

Time and again I come back to the principles that you instilled many years ago now. I've always been inspired by goals, but how I go about them is also in large part down to you. You're a very special person who has, I am sure, made a very big difference in a lot of lives. You certainly have in mine.
