The short version
Jill started her first business at 16 and never really stopped. Thirty years across manufacturing, radio, executive recruitment, retail and the building trades taught her how businesses actually work: sales, marketing, management and ownership, all from the inside. She has coached everyone from owner-managed businesses to senior executives and corporate teams.
Then she found coaching, trained with the Coaches Training Institute and qualified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). That was more than 20 years ago. Since then she has coached founders, head teachers, medical managers, MDs and MOD officers through the moments where everything changes.
In 2020 she added Positive Intelligence mental fitness to the toolkit, because insight is lovely but new habits win.
