Your mind should work for you. Not against you.
Procrastinating, overthinking, snapping at people you love? That's not a character flaw, it's a fitness problem. In six weeks the Positive Intelligence programme builds the mental muscles to catch your inner saboteurs and choose a better response, in the moment.
Meet your saboteurs
We all have them: the internal voices that hijack our thinking under stress. Positive Intelligence names them, measures them and, crucially, weakens them.

Monday pod with Jill
Your small coaching group meets online every Monday to compare notes, laugh at your saboteurs and keep each other honest.
Two free one-to-one sessions with Jill
Two private coaching sessions, free with the course and worth £500, to apply the work to whatever is loudest in your life right now.

Keep the app, the video library and eight chapters of Shirzad's book for a full year after the course ends.
Upcoming courses
Small groups, so places genuinely are limited.
Dates for the next six week course are being planned
Groups are deliberately small. Register your interest and Jill will let you know as soon as the next cohort is set, before the dates go public.
"The best money I've ever spent on a course."
Marie Wimlett said that. Here's what the others say.
A truly transformative experience and a profound shift in mindset. My relationships have deepened and become more harmonious. I now approach work with calm, focus and clarity.
It's the best money I've ever spent on a course. I'm now a different, happier, more positive person.
A very close friend said I'm back to the person he met 8 years ago. Thank you for the last six months, for the Positive Intelligence course, and for helping me find parts of myself I had long since forgotten about.
The science bit
Positive Intelligence was developed by Shirzad Chamine, former CEO of the world's largest coach training organisation and a lecturer at Stanford University. He built and sold two tech companies, then spent years researching why capable people sabotage their own success.
The programme has been tested with over 500,000 participants, from CEOs to Olympic athletes, and is grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology and performance science. Shirzad trained with the Coaches Training Institute, the same school where Jill earned her CPCC.
Jill has run the programme with her clients since 2020, alongside more than 20 years of coaching. She has watched it change how people handle stress at work, at home and in the small hours when the Judge gets loud.
