WHEN YOUR GET UP AND GO HAS GOT UP AND GONE
This course covers powerful personal development issues in a light and constructive fashion. It gives delegates the tools to manage their own motivation – long and short term – to enable them to move forward more positively towards their personal and professional goals.
By the end of the workshop the delegates will be able to:
- Pinpoint their personal signs of going into a negative state in everyday life and work
- Take immediate action to improve their state
- Prepare and plan systems and procedures to maintain motivation in the longer term
This half-day course, with one trainer, that can take place within any organisation with a maximum of 16 people. It is occasionally organised as an open course.
