If you have a group of people you are seeking to help develop, motivate or inspire then bringing in a coach as a speaker may be your answer. With diverse experience of speaking to small groups and packed theatres I would be delighted to create an engaging speech or workshop to connect with your people. I have many years’ experience and qualifications in both performance and speaking. Here are just a few examples of the ways I can connect with your stakeholders for you:
Speeches for your Group
Toastmaster Certificated as a Competent Communicator
With over thirty years of performance and writing scripts I have written speeches tailored to many different organisations and groups from “Network like a Virus” for networking groups to “Designer Label PA” at the Global PA Conference. Let’s have a chat about what you want to achieve, who we’re talking to and why and we can take it from there!
Personal development is a passion, so these are second nature for me.
Asked to deliver my What to Do When Your Get Up and Go has Got Up and Gone speech at the SSAFA conference this year. There were amazing stories of loved ones lost by service families, not looking for sympathy but a positive way forward. Each audience is different and I relish the challenge of managing sensitive subjects with gravity and depth mixed with lightness and humour. Whatever the speech, audience engagement is a must: we celebrated, we laughed and we all inspired each other.
No Platform too big ... or too small: from 3 to 3,000!
Presentation about business and entrepreneurship to a group of young artisans at the Good Story Festival of Creativity in Suffolk 2014.
"We requested your presence for the day because of the passionate energy you conveyed when speaking before hand, but nothing could have prepared us for the amazingly inspiring performance you gave on the day. All we heard after the event were applicants singing your praises." The Good Story Team

In January 2012 the brand Direct Debit began a national campaign to promote its payment service and I was asked to endorse the product. As I genuinely use and believe in the product myself I was happy to help. The Marketing Director and I were interviewed live by over fifteen radio stations across the UK in one morning. It was an outstanding success both for the Direct Debit brand and the radio stations involved. What is a dry subject became informative, entertaining and fun!
“Thanks again for your support last week at our accumulator challenge launch, you were a star. I am confident not only did your presentation inspire, you really got the message across to all those present that both action and focus are required to make the most of this opportunity.”
